Had orientation for grad school yesterday, and classes start next week.

I'm just about fully moved in... all that's missing is my computer and my pole. My lack of computer is the reason I'm not being more active on here -- I have things to post, but my computer is off undergoing surgery and I don't know when it will be permitted to come home again. My pole is ailing as well -- it needs a new A tube and B tube. The old ones were damaged during the move from the UK to here.

In the meantime, I'm getting online periodically from *WhisperedThunder's computer, and getting my exercise kicks walking up and down the 9 floors of stairs in this apartment building. I've been in a pacing mood, lately... very excited and nervous about the start of the semester. Last night, after the orientation, I had the first night of full, uninterrupted sleep that I've experienced in what feels like a long time. Yay, sleep.
